Before scheduling with us, please take a look at our policies.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are what keeps Unique Salon running strong and allows us the ability to serve you at our highest ability every time! We provide appointment reminders via email 3 days prior and again by text 1 day prior because we know life gets busy and it can be easy to forget an appointment. With that in mind, please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Each appointment is reserved specially for you, we do understand that sometimes life happens and schedules change but we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for appointment changes, rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us time to contact our standby guests of any availability as well as keeping our team member's schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. 


In order to book an appointment with us, you MUST have a credit card on file.


We reserve the right to charge this card 50% of your service in the case of an appointment change, reschedule or cancellation within 24 hours of your appt.

We reserve the right to charge this card 100% of your service in the case of a no call/no show at the time of your appt.

Appointments made within the 24-hour period must be cancelled within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.


At Unique Salon we believe it's essential we always stand by our work.

We want  you to leave 100% happy with your service. If this is not the case, contact us and we will try our best to make things right!

**All refunds/re-dos are at the discretion of the salon owner and your stylist.**

Running behind for your appointment?

If you happen to be running behind, we'll do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, if you are 15 minutes or more behind you may need to give up part of your services (like the blow dry) or reschedule your appointment. Your scheduled service fee would still apply.

Rewards & Referral Program

Unique Salon is pleased to offer a rewards and referral program!

Every dollar spent at the salon=1 point

 Every 1000 points= $10 off

If you refer a friend and they book an appt with us, you get 2500 points ($25 off) your next service!

Bringing Children into Unique Salon

Please note that the salon environment can be a dangerous (and boring) place for children. I recommended child care arrangements be made during your appointment so you can fully enjoy a relaxing salon experience. Unique Salon is NOT child-proofed - there are chemicals, breakables, hot and sharp tools, etc that may be easily accessible to children. Also keep in mind that the final result of your hair will reflect our level of distraction when there are little ones underfoot.
